Where do I file completed paperwork and confirmations of my 401K/IRA rollover?
Pension Plan/401K/IRA policy/Info -> REMOVE/REPLACE: "Retirement Plan" Retirement Account/401K rollover/transfer receipts->TAX: "Income W2 1099 Misc." (as proof of non-income to IRS)* OR file it in the folder above REMOVE/REPLACE if you would like to keep the initial rollover info always with the new IRA policy info (also ok)
