Should I use manila or colored interior folders?
Interior folders are not necessary but may be preferable for sub-dividing files or improving handling convenience. Papers can often be filed and retrieved faster by using a series of hanging folders instead of interior folders. For example, to organize car records, you may label folders as follows: Auto Improvements, Auto Oil/Lube, Auto Service & Repair, and Auto Title/Papers.
