Shipping Time For Label Kits
Label kits sent to destinations in the USA may arrive between 1-4 business days from the date of your order, depending on the distance from San Diego, CA. Label kits are currently shipped by U.S. priority mail and are typically mailed within one day of the order date. For orders outside USA please allow 4-12 days for your shipment to arrive (depending on the distance from the USA). International orders are sent via U.S. parcel post.
Shipping Time For Ready-Made Systems
Ready-Made systems sent to destinations in the USA may arrive between 3-7 business days from the date of your order, depending on the distance from San Diego, CA. All ready-made systems are currently shipped by U.S. priority mail and are typically sent within two days of the order date. For orders outside USA please allow 6-14 days for your shipment to arrive (depending on the distance from the USA).
Refund Policy For Delayed Arrivals
If your order does not arrive within three business days of the estimated arrival date noted on your receipt, you are entitled to a full refund of shipping charges. Please note: this refund does not apply to orders shipped outside the USA unless delayed by more than one full week of the estimated arrive date. Different restrictions apply to orders paid by mail.
Guarantee Against Shipping Damages
If your order arrives in a condition not suitable for use or noticably damaged, you are eligable for a full refund including shipping charges; however, you are required to return the damaged products to FreedomFiler at the address shown below.
