Ready-Made systems sent to destinations in the USA usually arrive between 2-6 business days from the date of your order, depending on the distance from San Diego, CA. Most ready-made systems are currently shipped by UPS while some local deliveries are handled by U.S. priority mail. Ready-made systems are typically sent within two days of the order date. Tracking information is always availble online through our "Help Desk" or by contacting FreedomFiler. During notable FreedomFiler media appearances, there may be delays in receiving packages. For orders outside USA please allow 6-15 days for your shipment to arrive (depending on the distance from the USA).
Expedited Delivery
Special handling for express deliveries is available only on a case-by-case basis by contacting our staff at 619-702-2931. Please be aware that express delivery and special handling may increase shipping costs enormously, while our standard delivery procedures are designed to be fast and economical.
Refund Policy For Delayed Arrivals
If your order does not arrive within three business days of the estimated arrival date noted on your receipt, you are entitled to a full refund of shipping charges. Please note: this refund does not apply to orders shipped outside the USA unless delayed by more than one full week of the estimated arrive date. Different restrictions apply to
orders paid by mail.

If your order arrives in a condition not suitable for use or noticeably damaged, you are eligible for a full refund including shipping charges; however, you may be required to return the damaged products to FreedomFiler at the address shown below.
